Q: What do I need to do to join and order?
A: Follow the steps below to join our group and place your first order:
- Click on the ORDER link on the right side of the main page.
- You are now at the product page but can not order until you register.
- Click on the line at the top of the greeting where is says log in. This will take you to a page where you may open an account. Follow the directions and fill in the form completely.
- You may now log in on the order page with your account name and password
- Click on the products you would like to view by using the links in the left side bar. You can shop by type of meat or have all products appear at once.
- When you are ready to purchase an item, look for the box on the right side of the screen below the price. Put the number of CASES you wish to purchase in this box. Then click on button to "Add selected products to cart".
- The screen with your order will appear. You have a choice of continuing to shop or checking out.
- When you are ready to check out, click the button to check out.
- This page shows your total bill. Click on continue.
- This page shows your account information etc and is an invoice.
- Click confirm order if everything on the page is correct. If you need to make changes to your order go back to the previous screens.
- You will receive a copy of your invoice via email. Bring this invoice with you to pick up.
Q: Can I pay by check, cash, or credit card?
A: Swanson accepts cash or credit cards only, no checks, no exceptions.
